Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of self-discovery and spiritual connection. This meditative experience is designed to help you release old stories, embrace higher vibrations, and leave transformed. We begin with movement to help you get comfortable in the uncomfortable. Then, dive deep into breathwork, breaking down barriers and opening your heart. Finally, experience a blissful sound bath that will transport you to another realm. What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, pillow, blanket, or anything that brings you comfort. Prepare to get cozy, as your body temperature may drop during breathwork and sound bath.
