In parternship with Hallowed Ground, WBP is excited to bring you a meditative night of diving deep into self, connecting to a higher power, transforming old stories and visting our child self. We will start by getting comfortable in the uncomfortable with movement. Then we drop into breathwork for breaking down walls and connecting to the heart. We end with a blissful, ceremonial, medicinal soundbath that is guaranteed to leave you feeling like you just took a journey to another world. Recommended to bring yoga mat, water, eye masks, pillow, blanket, anything that makes you most comfortable. Get COZY!
