In parternship with Hallowed Ground, WBP is excited to bring you a meditative night of diving deep into self, connecting to a higher power, transforming old stories, AND... celebrating Connie's birthday!!! We have an evening of special guests helping to facilitate an evening you will surely not forget. We will start by getting comfortable in the uncomfortable with movement. Then we drop into breathwork for breaking down walls and connecting to the heart. We end with a blissful, ceremonial, medicinal soundbath that is guaranteed to leave you feeling like you just took a journey to another world. Recommended to bring yoga mat, water, eye masks, pillows and blanket. Get COZY!
