Enjoy a meditative night of service, self-care & healing. LA is home to over 325,000 Veterans. Over 4,000 Veterans in LA are homeless, and over 23% of Veterans suffer with PTSD. Thanks to a generous grant from the Jack Kushner Foundation we are now supporting Veteran family mental health and wellness. In numerology, the meaning of 1111 is deep and powerful. 11 is considered to be a “Master Number”, representing intuition, dreams and the presence of spiritual guidance. They signal that a high-powered transformation is headed your way! We will start by getting comfortable in the uncomfortable with movement. Then we drop into breathwork for breaking down walls and connecting to the heart. We end with a blissful soundbath that is guaranteed to leave you floating for the rest of your evening. Bring yoga mat, water, eye masks, pillows and blanket. Get COZY!
