We will start by getting comfortable in the uncomfortable with movement. Then we drop into breathwork for breaking down walls and connecting to the heart. We end with a blissful soundbath that is guaranteed to leave you floating for the rest of your evening. Bring yoga mat, water, eye masks, pillows and blanket. Get COZY!
